Located in the Aude department, the commune of Leucate offers an exceptional setting where fine sandy beaches, limestone cliffs and protected natural areas mingle. Here, days unfold to the rhythm of the Mediterranean, between swimming, relaxing in the sun and strolling along the coast. The area is also a paradise for wind and water sports enthusiasts, with renowned conditions for kitesurfing, windsurfing and light sailing.

Strolling between pine forests, lakes and small ports, you'll discover a generous natural environment, ideal for Hiking, wildlife watching or enjoying breathtaking panoramic views from the Leucate plateau. The region's terroir is not to be outdone: fresh oysters in the oyster huts, coastal wines, colorful markets and Mediterranean produce round off an authentic and warm experience.

The Holiday cottage is all on one level and air-conditioned:

_Four bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) except one (160cm), and a bathroom with shower,
2 separate toilets.
