Enjoy the cultural and natural riches of the Aude region: the Abbey of Caunes-Minervois, the vineyards of the Minervois and walks along the banks of the canal.

This semi-detached Holiday cottage, designed for two people, combines modern comfort with a warm atmosphere.
Entirely on one level, you'll find a convivial living room equipped with a billiard table and a bed (Bed 140 x 190), as well as a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, kettle and Tassimo coffee maker.
A shower room with Italian shower and WC complete the space.

Outside, the shaded terrace is ideal for meals and relaxation. Here you'll find a private Spa and garden furniture to make the most of fine weather.
For your leisure, a communal outdoor swimming pool (5 m x 3 m, depth 1.05 m) is available from April to the end of September, secured by fencing, with set times for your peace and quiet from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
