Relax in the vast 160m² patio garden, featuring a summer kitchen, while the private swimming pool (9m x 3m), heated from June to September and powered by a heat pump, offers refreshing moments.
Inside, on the first floor, you'll find a first living room at the entrance ,a second living room with a reading corner and sofa facing the interior patio and the Piscine ,a living area with open kitchen, all these rooms bathed in light thanks to the patios, a laundry room, as well as a separate toilet for added convenience.
Upstairs, four comfortable bedrooms await you, including one with a private bathroom, and another with its own 8m² solarium terrace. These rooms have been carefully designed with two 90cm single beds and three double beds, guaranteeing a restful rest after your days of exploration. The entire floor is air-conditioned.
Upstairs you'll find 2 shower rooms with showers and washbasins; one of the 2 shower rooms has a walk-in shower.
A toilet also serves the floor.
To ensure responsible use of energy, the Holiday cottage is equipped with 500kw Heating included per week. Any excess will be billed at 0.20€/Kw.
