From the heights of the Leucate cliff, a beautiful blue horizon rises up in front of the Holiday cottage, with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea, the Etang de Leucate, the Canigou and the Albères massif! From the terrace, you can enjoy all the natural beauty of the region. The beautiful sandy beaches, protected from the wind, are only 800m away, so you can enjoy an idyllic setting. The Holiday cottage is in a quiet location, with all the shops you need close at hand: mini-market, tobacconist's, bakery, restaurants, markets, tourist office.

During your stay, you'll be able to enjoy a wide range of activities, including windsurfing, adventure courses, tennis, water sports, cycling and Cinema. Hiking along the cliffs from Leucate to La Franqui, with several stages (the lighthouse, the plagette, the fort...). If you love nature and beautiful landscapes, you're in for a treat.

Leucate's location is ideal for discovering all the attractions of the region: the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park, the Sigean African reserve, Roman Narbonne, the Cité de Carcassonne, the Cathar castles, Catalan Perpignan, the Vermeille coast with Collioure, Spain, the Corbières massif.

The Holiday cottage has a 25m2 small garden and a large, private, fenced terrace (16m2). Equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs for basking in the sun. Imagine yourself enjoying a morning coffee, a meal or simply watching the lights come on in this heavenly setting. A summer kitchen is also at your disposal, with an electric plancha.
There's also a private garage for one car, where you can store your water sports equipment or bicycles.

The air-conditioned Holiday cottage opens onto the first floor:
- a large living room with a dining table, a sitting area with a sofa
with 2 pull-out beds, TV.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
- A fully-equipped kitchen
Upstairs, a mezzanine open onto the living room, with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (80cm).
Pets allowed by prior arrangement with the owner at no extra charge.
