In a 19th-century manor house typical of the region, discover this spacious 85m² gîte with private 15m² patio terrace, access to the Spa on the large terrace (shared with the owners - May 1 to mid-October). On the second floor, the 40m² living area offers a comfortable sitting area with sofa bed (sleeps 2), television and a reading area. The room is bright and airy.
The kitchen is colorful and pleasant, with everything you need for cooking: induction hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, capsule and traditional coffee makers, raclette and crepe maker, dishwasher, microwave... It opens directly onto the terrace (large bay window with electric shutter), where you can enjoy your breakfasts and meals in the shade of the parasol. A master suite with bathroom and WC. The 140x190 bedding is recent and comfortable, desk table, armchair, direct access to the bathroom which includes a large shower, WC. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin beds 90x200, storage unit. The Holiday cottage has a separate WC with washbasin. You have access to the Spa from mid-April to mid-October, depending on weather conditions, on the owners' terrace, to be shared with them in complete privacy. A washing machine is available. In the village you'll find a butcher's and cheese shop with a bread depot, grocery store, Pharmacy, Doctor and nurses. Less than 10 km away, you'll find 2 medium-sized supermarkets with fuel sales and electric car sockets. The region's rich heritage and diverse activities are sure to please walkers and cyclists, between the Sea and the Mountains. Enclosed parking for bikes and motorcycles.
