18 km from the beautiful medieval city of Carcassonne, a UNESCO-listed fortress, and the royal fortresses of Languedoc (Cathar castles), 8 km from the Canal du Midi, ideal for cycling, and between the Sea and the Mountains, discover our Holiday cottage in a quiet street in Laure, in the heart of the Minervois Vineyard.

Set in a 19th-century mansion typical of the region, discover this spacious 85-square-meter holiday cottage with a private 15-square-meter patio terrace and access to the Spa on the large terrace (shared with the owners—May 1 through mid-October).
On the first floor, the 40-square-meter living area features a comfortable sitting area with a sofa, TV, and a reading nook; the room is bright and airy.
The kitchen is colorful and inviting; you’ll find everything you need for cooking, including an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a capsule coffee maker and a traditional coffee maker, a raclette machine and a crepe maker, a dishwasher, and a microwave. It opens directly onto the terrace (large floor-to-ceiling window with electric shutters), where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the shade of the umbrella.
A master suite with an en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. The 140x190 bedding is new and comfortable; there’s also a desk, an armchair, and direct access to the bathroom, which includes a large shower and a toilet.
The second bedroom has two 90x200 Twin beds and a storage cabinet. The holiday cottage has a separate toilet with a sink.
You have access to the Spa from mid-April to mid-October, weather permitting; it is located on the owners’ terrace and can be shared with them in complete privacy.
A washing machine is available.
In the village, you’ll find a butcher shop and cheese shop with a bread counter, a grocery store, a Pharmacy, a Doctor, and nurses. Less than 10 km away, there are two medium-sized supermarkets with gas stations and charging stations for electric cars.
The region is rich in heritage and offers a variety of activities that will satisfy lovers of hiking and biking, set between the Sea and the Mountains.
