The 100m2 house has been renovated and is spacious. You'll enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding area, as the Holiday cottage is located in the heart of the village with shops in the immediate vicinity. Benefit from an ideal location: Saint Nazaire d'Aude is next to the Canal du Midi and the famous port of Le Somail (2.5km). The Site du Somail will take you to visit its original library and its grocery store on the water. There are plenty of hiking and mountain biking trails around the village. You'll be 35 minutes from the beaches of the Aude and 45 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne. The Holiday cottage has no outside space, but is adjacent to a quiet, shady public garden. Free public parking lot next to the Holiday cottage.

The air-conditioned Holiday cottage comprises on the first floor a living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette with combined microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer, a sitting area with TV and sofas, and a dining table. On the second floor, 3 bedrooms with two 160cm beds and one 140cm bed, and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Fiber-optic internet connection. Air-conditioning. Parking nearby. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included.
