Located in Ornaisons, a small village between Narbonne and Lézignan-Corbières, this Holiday cottage is ideally situated between the Sea, heritage and wine tourism. Set on a small vineyard on the outskirts of the village, it invites you to discover the authenticity of the Aude region. You'll be welcomed by Fanny, a passionate winegrower, who can, on request, share a special moment with you in her vineyards or around a tasting of her wines at the end of the day. Only 30 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches, you can alternate between relaxing days and cultural escapades. The emblematic sites of the Pays Cathare await you, with their perched citadels and remarkable landscapes. The famous medieval city of Carcassonne is 40 minutes away, while Narbonne and its Espace Liberté water park are just 15 minutes away. Shops and services are available in the village. The Holiday cottage is located on the first floor of a small vineyard on the outskirts of a village between Narbonne and Lézignan-Corbières. Built on the second floor above an unused shed, the cottage has been completely renovated using environmentally-friendly materials. Access is via an outside staircase leading to a pleasant terrace with garden furniture. Inside, you'll find: _An air-conditioned living room with open-plan kitchen (induction hob, traditional coffee maker, dishwasher, wine cellar), dining area and sitting area with TV, _A bedroom with two convertible 90cm beds, _A bedroom with three convertible 90cm beds, _A shower room with shower and washing machine, _A separate toilet.Outside, on the other side of the road: a garden with garden furniture and barbecue. A shaded parking space. Possibility of a secure annex for storing bicycles.
