Designed to combine comfort, a warm atmosphere, and environmental sustainability (with lime-based finishes), this cozy retreat is ideal for a stay in Cathar Country.

On the ground floor, you’ll enjoy a cozy living area with an internet-connected TV and a fully equipped open kitchen featuring a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave with grill, espresso machine, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Thanks to the thick walls and the layout of the space, the ground floor naturally stays pleasantly cool during the summer.

Outside, a small private courtyard with a high table and bar stools is perfect for sharing an aperitif after a day of sightseeing or enjoying a meal prepared on the electric griddle. In an effort to be environmentally friendly, part of the outdoor floor is covered with straw—a natural solution with many benefits that adds a unique touch to this welcoming space.

The first floor, which is air-conditioned, is dedicated to relaxation with a cozy sitting area featuring a sofa and a 120 cm bed—ideal for an extra bed or a quiet moment of reading.

On the second air-conditioned floor, the master bedroom welcomes you with a soft, restful atmosphere, featuring a 160 × 200 cm double bed. You’ll also find an open-concept bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, as well as a library stocked with books and games.

A free public parking lot, located right behind the holiday cottage, makes it easy to park.
