Situated in the heart of the Haute Vallée de l'Aude, this Holiday cottage welcomes you to a peaceful, verdant natural setting, with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills and the Pyrenees mountain range. It's the ideal place to spend a holiday with family or friends, discovering the Cathar countryside, Hiking, heritage and relaxing by the Piscine.

You'll be able to make the most of the outside area, with its secure private swimming pool, deckchairs for relaxing in the sun, and a summer kitchen perfect for sharing convivial meals. The terrace with barbecue is also ideal for evenings out. A boulodrome is also at your disposal to enjoy the typical southern atmosphere.

Nature lovers will appreciate the many walks and Hiking trails starting from the Holiday cottage. The region is also full of must-see tourist sites. Discover the Pic de Bugarach, the village of Alet-les-Bains and its famous spring, the medieval castle of Arques, or the dinosaur museum at Espéraza. A few km away, Limoux invites you to discover its heritage and famous Blanquette, as well as its many festivities. If you're looking for a thrill, you can also try your hand at white-water sports in the rivers.

On the ground floor you'll find an entrance hall, a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with sofas, connected TV and a pellet stove for off-season stays. A shower room (shower, WC).

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed and a 120cm bed. The 4th bedroom has 2 140cm beds and a 90cm bed. A 2nd bathroom (shower, WC).


The secure, private Piscine (7.60mx3.60m, 1.50m deep) is open from early June to late September. Easy parking in front of the Holiday cottage. The 1st bag of pellets for the stove is provided, subsequent bags are available at €8 per bag. Baby bed available.
