Alaric au Domaine de Barthe

The gîte is located on the Domaine de Barthe, a former winegrowing estate in the Aude valley, close to the famous Corbières and Minervois wine regions.

It's surrounded by vineyards, one kilometer from the villages of Douzens and Blomac and 2 km from the larger City of Capendu with its many amenities. The estate is just a few hundred meters from the River Aude. Only 50 km from the coast and 21 km from the Cité de Carcassonne. From the Holiday cottage, you can enjoy a wide range of walks. Domaine de Barthe comprises 4 Holiday cottages, each with its own private outdoor space. Common room with billiards, table soccer, ping-pong, library and WIFI connection. Shared 14m x 6m Piscine with Beach, secured by a fence. Outdoor games area shared by all accommodations, with petanque court, barbecue area with garden furniture. Laundry service available at €5 per 6kg machine.

Holiday cottage Alaric is our most spacious gite, offering 120 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people. The first floor comprises a kitchen/dining room with a separate living room. Upstairs is a double bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room/WC, and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and en-suite shower room/bathroom/WC. Outside area with patio, garden table, chairs and barbecue.
