Access to this barn, in the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees Regional Nature Park, is via a narrow, winding road offering exceptional views of Mont Valier, lord of the Couserans. With its bird's-foot gables, typical of the Cominac soulane, the barn is a listed building in the Ariège region.
On the edge of the Forest, on a Hiking trail, it's an ideal spot for observing wildlife and admiring the starry skies, untainted by light pollution.
Inside, you'll enjoy comfort, calm and simplicity. No TV, but board games and a Pyrenean library. No wifi, but a turntable and vinyl records, and a 4G network sufficient for video, online gaming and streaming.
The barn is 25 km from Saint-Lizier and the resort of Guzet, with its luge express in summer. The Thermal baths at Aulus are 13 km away.

Renovated barn with 1000 m² of unenclosed land. Private parking on site. First floor: large living room with equipped kitchenette (small 132-liter fridge-freezer), dining area, living room with wood-burning stove, relaxation area.
