A very special style for this Domaine outbuilding, which has been extended with a wooden structure. Highly personalized, with particular care taken to optimize space, the whole is beautifully cosy. Surrounded by parkland, this Holiday cottage is ideal for an enchanting stay. Enjoy a quiet lunch on the terrace, sheltered from view by the weeping willow. You can also relax in the swimming pool after a lively game of tennis, ping pong or pétanque. The Holiday cottage is within easy reach of many hiking and biking trails.
Holiday cottage independent of the owners' house on the "Moulin d'Icart" estate. Access by 3 steps to the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Holiday cottage on one level: living room with sitting area (wood-burning stove), dining area and integrated kitchenette, shower room with toilet, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm). Baby equipment. Electric heating, electricity and Wood heating included. Bed linen, towels, household linen and cleaning service available on request at extra charge. Beds made on arrival. Internet access (wifi). Grounds in front of Holiday cottage shaded by weeping willows. Large shady park with Piscine shared with the owners (12m x 4.5m and 1m10 to 2m20 deep) and guests from the other Holiday cottage on the estate. Private asphalt tennis court and petanque court.

Je cherchais un lieu chargé d'histoire, dans un cadre paisible sur un territoire qui offrait de l'authenticité pour m'installer y vivre et créer une activité professionnelle. Dès la première visite j'ai été séduite aussi bien par les bâtiments que par le cadre d'une nature encore préservée. J'ai eu envie de redonner vie à ce lieu pour le partager. Il y avait évidemment beaucoup de travaux à réaliser sur les bâtiments ainsi que la mise en valeur du parc. A ce jour, nous pouvons vous accueillir dans deux gîtes : l'Arac et les Saules.
Le site du Moulin d'Icart comportait aussi une microcentrale hydraulique que nous avons rénovée. Il s'agit d une expérience unique qui vous plonge dans un espace singulier où vivre avec les éléments devient indispensable.

Petit gîte pour 2 très agréable où il ne manque rien ! Accueil très sympathique d'Isabelle et son conjoint. Nombreuses randonnées au départ du gîte. Présence de l'eau très agréable.

Yannick & JC Charme, calme et confort
Certainement un de nos meilleurs souvenirs.
Le gîte est charmant, dans une superbe propriété avec cours de tennis et superbe piscine. Tout est vraiment très bien entretenu, aucune fausse note!
La région est fabuleuse, offrant vraiment beaucoup d’activités, de marché locaux avec de vrais artisans, de randonnées et de superbes sites.
Isabelle et Claude sont des hôtes généreux, discrets et agréables, avec de belles intentions.
Le gîte a vraiment tout le confort possible pour un couple sans enfant.
Nous reviendrons l’an prochain c’est certain! nous sommes tombés amoureux du lieu, des personnes et de la région!- Cleanliness
