The "Les Hortensias" gîte is located a stone's throw from the famous Montségur castle in Cathar country. In a lovely green setting, along a small stream that runs alongside the property, this gîte has been awarded the "gite de pêche" (fishing gite) label by the local fishing federation. Trout can be found in their natural habitat in the region's streams and rivers, much to the delight of anglers. You can go hiking, climbing, tree-climbing, skiing or snowshoeing just 12 km from the Monts d'OLmes ski resort.
