This gîte is located in the heart of the village, in a traditional house adjoining the owners' holiday home. You'll appreciate the balcony, which lets you enjoy the sunshine all day long and the view of the Madres massif. Numerous hiking trails allow you to discover the unspoilt flora and fauna, mountain peaks and lakes, or go fishing. The downhill and cross-country ski resort of Mijanès is just 4 km from the gite and welcomes you to a unique environment.
Access from the rear of the house. 1st floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, renovated in 2023 (gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle). Shower room, separate WC. 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and French window onto balcony, 1 bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed and 2 bunk beds for Kids under 12. Ski room, private courtyard (1 car parking space), south-facing balcony. Electric heating, fireplace, washing machine. Bed linen included in rental price and beds made on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Pets not allowed.

Estada inoblidable al Donezan gràcies al comfort de la caseta i a l'acollida extraordinària d'en Philippe i l'Elise. Hem passat unes vacances d'hivern magnífiques: senderisme al matí a les rutes de la petita estació d'esquí (gairebé familiar) i relax al costat de la llar de foc al vespre. La casa està súper ben equipada i netíssima, decorada amb molt bon gust, al bell mig del poble. Localització òptima per fer rutes, tant a l'estiu com a l'hivern (aquesta és la tercera visita que fem a la zona). Té un comerç a 10 min per petites compres. Tot a la mà i fugint del turisme massiu. VFC Sous le charme du Donezan
Séjour fort apprécié dans un gîte propre, cosy, parfaitement équipé et donc très agréable, à l’image de ses hôtes, accueillants, attentionnés et de bons conseils pour de superbes balades et randos dans la région. Le Donezan est vraiment une belle découverte, idéal pour les amoureux de la nature, parfait pour se ressourcer. Merci encore à Elise et Philippe pour cette petite bouffée d’oxygène et de sérénité.
