The Résidence des Balcons d'Oriège, in the heart of the Ariege Pyrenees and the Thermal baths city of Ax-les-Thermal bath, comprises 5 apartments, 4 of which are Gîtes de France® approved. Ideal location for downhill skiing, with the Axe / Bonascre gondola 100m away, cross-country skiing, the Thermal baths of Le Teich 30m away... or simply for a bucolic stay in a mountain village. 3 week curiste rate in low and mid season (€910).

1st floor apartment. Separate entrance. Living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2) and dining area. Kitchenette. 1 shower room with toilet. 1 bathroom with toilet. 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds. Electric heating. Private cellar and ski cupboard. Sheets, towels and cleaning service available on request.

    Balcons d'Oriege 2026

    Parfois difficultés à d’endormir, la rivière est bruyante, et certains peuvent être gênés par le bruit de fond, a titre personnel ca me berce. Tres pratique davoir 2 salles de bains
