On the ground floor, a spacious living area featuring a fully equipped built-in kitchen, a dining area, and a sitting area with a sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table. Two bedrooms, each with one 140 × 190 cm bed; one of which is equipped with a baby bed. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. All windows are equipped with screens.
Upstairs, a TV room with a relaxation area. Two bedrooms, each equipped with two 90 × 190 cm beds that can be pushed together. Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
Enclosed, wooded property of 400 m² with a garden table and chairs, a barbecue, and a sandbox. Private parking.
Heating: wood heating stove. The property is powered by the owners’ solar panels and equipped with a constructed wetland system. Cleaning deposit: 50 €.
