Gîte located on the 1st floor above the owner's garage, which is used for storage. It is at the end of a row of houses that includes the owner's house and his mother's house. Access to the gîte is via an outside staircase and the terrace. Entrance directly into the living room with kitchen area (wood-burning stove). A small staircase leads to a half-level with a bedroom with 1 double bed. Shower room and toilet. On the second level, a mezzanine opens onto the living room with a sitting area (convertible sofa for 2, TV). 1 attic bedroom with 1 double bed. wc. Electric heating and wood-burning stove. Bed linen, towels and cleaning service available on request. Small dogs accepted on request.
