As soon as you take the first few steps, you'll be seduced by the comfort and numerous amenities of this single-storey apartment overlooking the garden. The bathroom and shower room, both with wc, make vacations with family or friends a breeze. The garden, a real extra room, invites you to bask in the sun and share convivial moments with small outdoor games, or savor local produce around a plancha. You'll appreciate the proximity of the City center (300 m away), its shops and the many leisure activities on offer in this spa town: Casino, Bains du Couloubret, cable cars to the ski resort, misters, thermal pools, restaurants, open-air markets... Pets allowed only on request, at an extra charge of €60. Pets must be clean and quiet. Preferential rates for mid- and low-season cures. No arrivals after 8pm.

Four steps lead from the free public parking lot in front of the gîte to the private garden. The garden features a "solarium" terrace with sun loungers, and a ground-level area with barbecue, tables, chairs and parasol. Entrance to the gîte is via the living area with sofa bed, coffee table, flat-screen TV (streaming Netflix possible), Internet and Orange TV, DVD player, board games and books. A large, well-equipped kitchenette serves the dining area. The two bedrooms each have 1 x 160 x 200 cm bed, chests of drawers, closets and private bathroom with toilet (shower for one and bathtub for the other). Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Electric heating. Linen and towels provided. Beds made up on arrival. Complimentary cleaning and welcome kit. Electricity (30 kwh/day included). Cleaning service on request. Blower kit for ski equipment (boots, jackets). Ski locker.
