The apartment, on the first floor of a Semi-detached house with another gîte upstairs, offers a pleasant, functional setting for a stay with family or friends. Located close to Toulouse, a dynamic city renowned for its historical heritage, gastronomy and friendly atmosphere, this Holiday cottage is an ideal base for exploring the region. Carcassonne is just 45 minutes away, with its famous fortified medieval city, a UNESCO World Heritage site and a journey back to the heart of the Middle Ages. 20 minutes away, Foix invites you to discover its impressive château comtal dominating the city, its lively streets and the authentic atmosphere of the Ariège. Mirepoix, also just 20 minutes away, is a magnificent medieval bastide known for its cutlery square lined with half-timbered houses, its traditional Market and its typically Occitan charm. Shopping and mountain enthusiasts can also reach the Pas de la Case, famous for its tax-free shops and access to the Pyrenean ski resorts, in 1h30. While enjoying the peace and quiet of this peaceful village, you'll also be close to Pamiers and its many shops, restaurants and leisure activities. Nature lovers and Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the "Vigné" path, directly accessible from the presbytery, ideal for shady walks in search of coolness and calm. In fine weather, the communal barbecue is the perfect place to share convivial meals with family and friends in a warm, relaxed atmosphere.

Ground-floor holiday cottage featuring: an entryway, a pantry, a living room with a kitchenette and TV, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Electric heating. Available for use: a shared outdoor area with patio furniture and a barbecue.
Amenities shared among the 5 holiday cottages: 1 vacuum cleaner, 2 washing machines, 2 baby beds, 1 high chair. Duvets provided. Sheet rental available upon request. Bathroom linen not provided.
Monthly rentals available outside of summer vacation (utilities included): April 1 to October 31: €530/month; November 1 to 30: €550; December 1 to March 31: €600/month.
