Le Martinet

This former presbytery houses 3 gîtes. The perimeter wall surrounds the garden, and the adjoining parish church of St-Pierre lends the whole a restful atmosphere. The 'Vigné' path from the presbytery attracts walkers in search of fresh air. In the evening, the communal barbecue is the perfect place for a convivial meal.

Ground floor: entrance, storeroom, living room with kitchenette and TV, bathroom, toilet, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Electric heating. Shared grounds with garden furniture and barbecue. Shared by all 5 Holiday cottages: 1 vacuum cleaner, 2 washing machines, 2 baby beds, 1 high chair. Comforters supplied. Bed linen not provided. Monthly rental possible outside summer vacations (April 1 to October 31 €530/month including charges; November 1 to March 31 €570/month including charges).
