You'll discover hilltop villages, fountains, Romanesque churches and a wealth of flora and fauna. It takes its name from the stream that runs through the private grounds, with their sunbathing areas and fruit trees. Renovated in 1970 and again in 2021, the serenity of the white-toned rooms is appreciated. The style is clean and modern, with storage units that nod to the past. The spaciousness and wide openings to the outside reinforce the impression of Wellbeing. There are 2 private parking spaces behind the house, with a reinforced, controlled socket for electric vehicles, enabling fully autonomous recharging. The owners welcome their guests in Spanish.
