Holiday cottage in a lovingly renovated former farmhouse, with another vacation home on the same floor. Ski resorts (10 km), Hiking trails, fitness center, spa... are all within easy reach. In the evening, take advantage of the large shaded area crossed by the gondola, whose passage seems to punctuate time. You'll appreciate the view of the city of Ax-les-Thermal bath below.
Apartment located on the 1st floor. Shared entrance with another 2-person Holiday cottage. Living room with kitchenette. Bathroom with toilet. 2nd floor: 1 attic bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 1 attic bedroom with 1 double bed. Heating: pellet stove (€7 per bag) and Electric heating. Large enclosed common area. Ski room. Parking space. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Sheets and towels available on request. 3-week cure rate for 2 people in low season, mid season and summer.

Maix et Loupa Un gîte dans un bien bel endroit
Un très bon accueil par la propriétaire de 88 ans, Paulette, une grande Dame inoubliable, si pleine de vie et si inspirante ..
Personne authentique, qui connaît son gîte mieux que quiconque (elle y est née) et qui partage sa passion des fleurs comme personne et aussi l'envie que vous soyez bien.
Le gîte est un petit havre de paix toujours très bien entretenu et qui offre une vue époustouflante sur 360 degrés sur la vallée d'Ax !

Aurelie Un très bon séjour à Cap del Roc
Le gite est agréable avec un grand jardin dans lequel les enfants se sont beaucoup amusés. Le gite est très bien placé, à proximité des pistes de ski, du centre ville d'Ax les thermes et avec plein de belles balades à faire dans le secteur.

Nickys Lovely place in beautiful grounds just outside Ax
This is a lovely place up on the hills above Ax. It has good accommodation and all the facilities you might want. The grounds are lovely with a little tree house my kids adored. The cable car goes over part of the garden which was nice. Lovely outside space with table and loungers, only slight reservation was that we hadn't realised this was an upstairs apartment so it was a bit of a pain to carry everything outside to eat.
