Semi-detached house. Independent access via enclosed private grounds of 1000 m² with garden table, parasol, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue. Private parking (2 cars). Ground floor: entrance hall with separate toilet and washbasin. Separate kitchen equipped with 3 gas hobs, mini-oven, dishwasher and small appliances. Large living room with dining area, storage space, board games, and sitting area with fireplace, TV (TNT). Internet access. 1st floor: landing with bench and bookcase. 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (90 cm) and one with 1 double bed (140 cm), baby bed available. Bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer and storage space, communicating with direct access from both bedrooms (each access can be closed). Oil heating. Bed linen, towels and housekeeping included. Rental from 2 nights during opening period. Rates include all utilities.
