The gîte is located on the first floor of a semi-detached house with another gîte on the first floor. The entrance to the gîte is reached by 3 steps and a small sloping path from the parking lot.

1st floor: living room with kitchenette and TV, shower room, wc, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Electric heating. Non-adjoining enclosed grounds shared by the 5 Holiday cottages, 20 m away. Communal parking lot opposite. Communal playground next door. Shared by all 5 Holiday cottages: 1 vacuum cleaner, 2 washing machines, 2 baby beds, 1 high chair and 1 barbecue. Comforters supplied. Bed linen, comforter covers and towels not provided. Monthly rental possible outside summer vacations (April 1 to October 31: €530/month incl. charges; November 1 to March 31: €570/month incl. charges).
