Detached gîte built into the hillside with a superb view over the valley and the 9 surrounding communes. Access is via a small road winding through the heights of Castillon. Located beneath the "Coupy" forest, which is a state-owned forest much prized for its mushrooms from late August to September. Surrounded by wooded hills in a group of renovated barns, you'll be lulled by the sound of the private spring that runs through the property.

Detached house with first floor: living room with kitchenette and sitting area. First floor: 2 small attic bedrooms, each with 2 double beds. Garden level: laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Shower room with toilet. Electric heating. Enclosed grassy grounds crossed by a small spring. Private parking space. Terraces, including one at the rear of the Holiday cottage with barbecue and sun loungers. 1 cat or dog only. Tap water is drinkable, but for safety's sake the owner offers 9 liters of spring water per week.
