All the charm of an early 19th-century barn brought up to date. Inside, convivial moments are shared around the fireplace. You'll appreciate the soft comfort of the sofas, the warm, chalet-style decor and the elegant, cosy bedrooms with soft beds. Outside, from the shaded terrace, you can contemplate nature. Laze in the sun, stroll through the various hamlets of Les Bazerques, hike from the gîte or discover the Romanesque churches... On the border between France and Spain, the Ariege Pyrenees are a real paradise for a relaxing vacation, with many cultural and sporting activities...

Access to the gîte from the parking lot. First floor: laundry room with cleaning utensils, washing machine and dryer. Ski room, wood shed. Living room with sitting area (fireplace) and integrated kitchenette. Bathroom with toilet. Large, partly shaded terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers. Upstairs: wc. shower room, 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (140 cm), alcove with 2 bunk beds for 2 children. Oil-fired central heating. Communal parking lot opposite gîte entrance. Rates include charges.

The price includes Utilities (electricity, heating, water, extra wood, etc.), tea towels, bath mats, cleaning products, washing-up liquid.
The price does not include Linen package (sheets, towels): €50 for the stay. Supply of wood exceeding the log under the fireplace (15€ for 1/4 stere). Cleaning service on request at end of stay (80€).

    Toujours au top

    Un chalet comme chez soi

    Situé au calme avec tout ce qu'il faut dans le chalet pour séjourner. On profite d'une belle vue sur les montagnes. La Voiture est indispensable pour se rendre à Ax les thermes.
    La vegetation extérieure a besoin d'être défrichée pour redonner de la clarté au lieu mais cela dépend aussi du voisin.
    La propriétaire est charmante et réactive. Nous y reviendrons !

    Gite chaleureux

    Gite très agréable, confortable et chaleureux, bien situé dans une zone arborée avec belle vue sur la pré-montagne environnante et pour visiter cette région de la haute Ariège avec de très belles balades à proximité. Excellent accueil des propriétaires.

    Très beau séjour

    Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances très agréables, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et gentils. Le gîte est tout simplement PARFAIT! Situé dans un hameau très calme d'où partent différentes balades.
