The gîte is located on 1 level on the 1st floor: large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area, study and lounge. Terrace with garden furniture and outdoor dining table. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm). 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) available on request. Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Reversible air conditioning and electric heating in bedrooms. Internet access (free). Bed linen, towels and household linen included. Beds made up on arrival. Baby equipment. Free parking in the street in front of the gîte. Enclosed garden shared by gîte and restaurant. Rates include all utilities. Closed garage nearby available at extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning fee payable directly to the owner. Private swimming pool open 9am to 12pm and 3pm to 7pm. Small pets accepted on request.
