La Truite is a Mountain Holiday cottage in a village house on the banks of the Ariège, in the Natura 2000 area, just a stone's throw from Andorra and Spain. Ideally situated for lovers of Hiking, Skiing, Climbing, Fishing, Thermal baths or peaceful walks. Talc Museum in Luzenac, Trimouns quarry 10 km away.
First floor: living room with kitchenette, dining area, sitting area and oriental lounge (with TV). Access to upper floors via steep stairs. 1st floor: shower room, separate WC. 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. 2nd floor under the eaves: WC. Shower room. 1 bedroom with 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 1 baby bed and 1 double bed. Enclosed grounds with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Electric heating and wood stove. Baby equipment. Narrow, steep access, but parking 100 m away and unloading area 50 m away. Art workshops using local materials available free of charge on request: pebble painting, driftwood work, inutshuk. Scientific workshops (microscope, geocaching) available free of charge on request. Wifi and PLC internet access. Cleaning fee €70 for pets. Without pet, cleaning package optional (€70). Heating extra charge during cold season.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans le gîte.
La maison est ancienne, confortable et bien équipée, notamment pour les bébés.

Rapunzel Tolles Objekt
Es ist ein rustikales, aber tolles Objekt. Leider sind die Duschanlagen schon etwas mitgenommen. Die Lage ist toll. Außer dem Rauschen des Flusses und dem singen der Vögel, hört man keinerlei Geräusche. Die Entlademöglichkeit ist nicht in 50 Meter Entfernung. Man muss schon recht aufwendig Gepäck und Einkäufe 100 Meter eine Recht steile Abfahrt herunter zu bringen. Es sind aber Hilfsmittel vorhanden und es ist machbar. Alles in allem kein luxuriöses Objekt, aber mit sehr viel Charme.

RC31 GITE LA TRUITE LUZENAC
Gite idéal en été avec un coin extérieur très agréable. Pourvu de tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur.
Petit bémol, pièce principale très sombre et très froide (14° quand on est arrivé et 16° quand on a été se coucher).
Le gite est un peu éloigné du parking quand on a des affaires lourdes à décharger (très en pente).
Le gite n'est pas adapté quand on a un enfant handicapé (même s'il marche) car les escaliers intérieurs sont très pentus.

Bonjour,
Nous vous remercions d'avoir partagé votre expérience suite à votre séjour dans le gîte la Truite. Le chauffage avait bien été allumé avant votre arrivée, cependant la température initiale du gîte était très basse d'où cette température lors de votre arrivée, nous en sommes désolés. Nous indiquons dans le descriptif que le parking est situé à 100 m. du gîte et qu'il existe une aire de déchargement à 50 m. Concernant les escaliers, nous précisons également que ces derniers sont pentus. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau en Ariège. Cordialement.
