5 km from the family ski resort of Goulier, in the heart of a magnificent mountain hamlet at an altitude of 1,000 m, the "Treilh" house enjoys exceptional panoramic views. Just 1h30 from Toulouse, in this green valley, it's the ideal place for a change of scenery with family or friends. The garden is a veritable promontory overlooking the village and surrounding mountains. It's easy to imagine yourself soaking up the sunshine on a sunny day. The interior, restored in 2023, combines tradition and modernity. The living room is the perfect place to enjoy the warmth of the fireplace after an active day. Inside and out, the view of Montcalm and the Pique d'Estat is an invitation to Hiking.

70 m walk to Holiday cottage from one of the communal parking lots. Semi-detached house on one side only, with the owners' holiday home unoccupied if the gite is rented out. Communal area in front of the Holiday cottage with garden table and chairs. Entrance to first floor via kitchen or living room. Well-equipped kitchen with wood-burning stove, utility room, living room (wood-burning stove, TV, wifi access via fiber optic cable). 1st floor: Bathroom with WC, 2 bedrooms for 2 people (each with 2 beds 90 cm twinned into 1 bed 180 cm). 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 x 160 cm double bed, the other with 2 x 90 cm twin beds converted into 1 x 180 cm single bed. Shower room with toilet. Enclosed garden accessible from the back of the Holiday cottage or from the top floor. Equipped with covered terrace, garden table, chairs, sun loungers, barbecue, wood store. Electric heating Pets allowed. Cleaning service on request. Two communal parking lots at the entrance and exit of the village.

Thierry et sa famille sont originaires de ce village depuis le 16 ème siècle,au moins. Son épouse, ses enfants et lui viennent régulièrement dans leur maison de famille, proche de la maison du Treilh. Retraités depuis peu, ils ont à cœur de bien accueillir leurs visiteurs, de leur faire découvrir la vallée, la région et de répondre à leurs questions.

    Hemos pasado un fin de semana espectacular con amigos.

    La acogida por parte del propietario, la tranquilidad del pueblo, lo limpio y cómodo de la casa y cada una de las habitaciones, así cómo el jardín trasero con barbacoa y unas vistas impresionantes con las montañas nevadas.

    Dar también las gracias al propietario y a los vecinos del pueblo por ayudarnos con un problema que tuvimos con nuestro perrito.

    Si buscáis autenticidad, desconexión, un paisaje inigualable y todas las comodidades (incluido para animales cómo para niños pequeños/bebés) es el mejor sitio dónde poder hospedarse.

    Sin dudarlo repetiremos cuándo volvamos a la zona.

    Excellent séjour à Sentenac!

    Un grand merci pour votre accueil en Ariège lors de notre séjour, qui s'est déroulé à merveille. Nous avons pu nous réchauffer grâce aux feux de cheminée, et bien dormir grâce à la literie de qualité.
    Le ménage était irréprochable, et la maison, super équipée !
