70 m walk to Holiday cottage from one of the communal parking lots. Semi-detached house on one side only, with the owners' holiday home unoccupied if the gite is rented out. Communal area in front of the Holiday cottage with garden table and chairs. Entrance to first floor via kitchen or living room. Well-equipped kitchen with wood-burning stove, utility room, living room (wood-burning stove, TV, wifi access via fiber optic cable). 1st floor: Bathroom with WC, 2 bedrooms for 2 people (each with 2 beds 90 cm twinned into 1 bed 180 cm). 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 x 160 cm double bed, the other with 2 x 90 cm twin beds converted into 1 x 180 cm single bed.
