Situated at an altitude of 1050 metres, this house is the ideal place to recharge your batteries. It's located in a small mountain village, typical of the soul of the Ariege region. Sports enthusiasts will be delighted: cycling, Hiking and Fishing are all available on site. The Donezan ski resorts (Mijanes 9 kms, Formiguères 22 kms). It's easy to imagine yourself relaxing on the sofa in front of the wood-burning stove after a Mountain hike. You'll appreciate the small plot of land for relaxing and outdoor meals, whether you prefer a barbecue or a plancha. And the "little extras" are the household products provided by the owner and the free firewood.

Detached house with first floor: living room with fitted kitchenette, sitting area and storeroom (washing machine). A spiral staircase leads to the first floor: shower room with toilet, 2 bedrooms: 1 with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Electric heating and wood-burning stove. Adjoining enclosed lawn with garden table, sun loungers, barbecue and plancha. Bed linen, towels and cleaning service available on request. Linen provided. Umbrella bed with mattress and children's barrier available. Communal parking lot on site.
