Gîte du Riou Passat

In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Pyrénées ariégeoises, you can discover local gourmet know-how by sampling local products such as cheese, honey, croustades, meat... and discover local crafts. It's also the starting point for a number of Hiking trails, including the GR10 and the GR78, the route de Saint-Jacques de Compostelle. You can fish for trout in the streams or in the magnificent Lake Bethmale, a haven of peace and greenery, or in the mountain lakes. In winter, cyclists and mountain bikers can explore the roads and trails, and snowshoers can explore the snow-covered paths. There's plenty to do in the village, including a tennis court, summer swimming pool, media library and kids' playground. A charging station for electric vehicles is located at the entrance to the village.

In the heart of the village of Castillon, at the crossroads of the 4 valleys of Lez, Bethmale, Bellongue and Biros, the Holiday cottage is located on a plot of land bordered to the north by a small stream, the "Riou-Passat".
