Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house. Private access and parking. Secluded terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, bowling green, shade cloth and sun loungers. Unenclosed grounds of 3 hectares. First floor: Large living room with equipped kitchenette, dining area and lounge. Please note that the large fireplace in the living room is strictly decorative and not functional.
First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 x200 cm (or 2 beds 80 x 200 cm); 1 bedroom with 1 bed 180 x200 cm (or 2 beds 90 x 200 cm). WC. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin.
Internet access: wifi code.
Television (Orange application). Freezer. Shared washing machine with owner. Gas heating. Charges included (electricity, gas, water). Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning service optional. Kitchen towels included. Deposit €200 + €40 cleaning deposit due on arrival.

Niaux Von Urzeiten bis heute
Auf "verschlungenen Pfaden" erreicht man dieses Kleinod für einen unvergeßlichen Urlaub.
Der Empfang durch die Gastgeber war überaus herzlich und wir fühlten uns willkommen wie gute Freunde. Dieser Eindruck begleitete uns während des gesamten Aufenthaltes. Mit Rat und Tat stand man uns bei Bedarf/auf Wunsch jederzeit zur Seite.
Die gemütliche Unterkunft war stilvoll und mit Blick für kleine 'Eyecatcher' eingerichtet, so daß wir nach unseren Ausflügen schon bald das Gefühl hatten, nach Hause zu kommen.
Steht der Sinn einmal nicht nach einer Mahlzeit außer Haus, so bevorratet der Küchenschrank alle Utensilien für die Selbstversorgung.
Das Tüpfelchen auf dem "i" schenkt die Natur, die das Haus umgibt!
Der Blick geht ins Tal oder in die Weite zu einigen Gipfeln der Pyrenäen. Von diesem Logenplatz aus, lassen sich beeindruckende Sonnenauf- und -untergänge und andere Naturschauspiele beobachten, begleitet von den Klängen der Tierwelt. In der Tat war die Ruhe hier befreiend!
Unsere Vermieter, die Menschen der Gegend, die Unterkunft und die Schätze der Ariège/Okzitaniens waren den weiten Weg auf jeden Fall wert!Wir danken unseren Gastgebern Isabelle und Xavier von Herzen, das wir als Ihre Gäste einen unvergeßlichen Urlaub bei Ihnen verleben durften und nehmen diese Erinnerungen als Geschenk mit.

Séjour très agréable et reposant dans un cadre ressourçant.
