45 minutes south of Toulouse, in the Ariège region between Mazères and Pamiers, Bernadette welcomes you to a beautiful old house, which was the department's farm school from 1849 onwards. The farm's name, "Royat", was given to a type of vine pruning, "Cordon de Royat", which is still widely practiced today. The two recently renovated bedrooms overlook the park. Take advantage of this green setting for a stroll, or perhaps a trip around the Lake...

First floor: dining room with relaxation area. Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms (20 and 32 m²), each with 1 double bed (160 cm) and en-suite bathroom. Internet access (wifi). Private parking. Park with varied tree species and Fishing Lake (10 ha). Canoeing and kayaking 2 km away. Numerous summer events in Mazères (5km). It is not possible to add an extra bed in the rooms, the maximum capacity for each room is 2 people.
