You'll be staying in an old farmhouse dating back to 1769. The owner's family estate, full of seduction and refinement. The master of the house has only one wish: to offer you a stay of relaxation. In this luxurious setting, you can indulge in gentle idleness, discover the great sites of the region, or practice golf, Hiking, Bike / Mountain bike. You can retreat to the various cosy areas: bedrooms in soft tones, sofas with plush cushions... Meet on the terrace or in the living room for a moment of conviviality.

Detached house with unenclosed grounds, large terrace with dining and relaxation area shaded by parasol. Entrance hall. wc. Living room with pellet stove, internet access, connected flat-screen TV (Netflix streaming, Prime Video, Satellite) open onto living room with dining area (connected speaker), fully equipped kitchen, laundry room (washing machine and dryer).     COMMUNE ET GITE TRANQUILLES ET AGREABLES, CELUI-CI EST MENTIONNÉ CLOS OR IL N'EST PAS CLOS CE QUI POSE PROBLÈME AVEC UN OU DES ANIMAUX DE COMPAGNIE, EN PLUS LE VOISINAGE DIRECT AYANT AUSSI DES ANIMAUX DE COMPAGNIE CELA PEUT POSER QUELQUE FOIS DES SITUATIONS DE TENSION, IL MANQUE CRUELLEMENT UNE DEUXIÈME SALLE DE DOUCHE, NOTAMMENT LORSQU'IL EST LOUÉ POUR 6 PERSONNES, LAVE VAISSELLE TROP PETIT POUR SIX PERSONNES, L'ODEUR DE TABAC FROID DANS LES DRAPS ET À L'ISSUE DU SÉJOUR PERSISTANTE DANS NOTRE LINGE PERSONNEL N'EST PAS POUR LAISSER UNE IMPRESSION DÉSAGRÉABLE, SINON LA DÉCORATION EST TRÈS BELLE ET NOUS AVONS QUAND MÊME PASSE UNE TRES BELLE SEMAINE.     Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de déposer un avis suite à votre séjour dans le gîte des Rousses.
    À la suite de récents travaux, une partie de la clôture a été ouverte, le terrain n'est donc plus clos et nous avons corrigé le descriptif dans ce sens, nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée.
    Le gîte a été contrôlé lors de son agrément et nous vous confirmons que la douche ainsi que le lave-vaisselle sont bien adaptés pour une capacité de 6 personnes.
    Enfin concernant l'odeur des draps, vous auriez dû contacter la conciergerie chargée de l'accueil et du nettoyage du linge qui aurait procédé au changement des draps dès le début de votre séjour, il aurait été de ce fait également possible de constater ce problème.
    Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la décoration du gîte et que vous ayez passé une très belle semaine.
    Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau en Ariège.

    Really great gite.

    Good accessible location, but with very nice views. Nice modern take on an old building, very well appointed. Good character and comfort. Good value also! Would recommend to both families and business travelers.
