This modern Chalet built in 2017 is located on the edge of a small Mountain village with superb views. Access is on foot from the parking lot 50 m away, down a small alley, and ends on a stone path that crosses the garden. First floor: entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto living room (satellite TV, HIFI, DVD player), dining room. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, private shower room. WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and access to a balcony. Utility room. Shower room. WC. 2nd floor: access via ladder to attic space converted into relaxation area. Internet access (WIFI). Garden furniture. Barbecue. Sun loungers. Electric heating. Partially enclosed grounds.
