Welcome to Villa Nest, a charming country house in the heart of the Poitou region, ideal for holidays with family or friends. This typical farmhouse elegantly blends authenticity with modern comforts: exposed stone walls, large convivial spaces, a vast garden planted with trees and a private swimming pool to enjoy fine weather in complete tranquillity.

On the first floor, you'll find a modular bedroom (160cm double bed and two convertible 90x200cm single beds), a bathroom with toilet, a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, pod coffee maker) with Alsatian wood-burning stove and large dining table, and a cosy living room with wood-burning stove.
Upstairs, you'll find a master suite (1 bed 160x200cm and 1 bed 90x200cm) with private bathroom, 2 other double bedrooms (beds 160x200cm), one with shower and lavado and the other with a water point, a separate WC, and a large gaming room with billiards, TV, board games.

Outside, the garden invites you to relax and enjoy meals al fresco. The heated swimming pool (open from early May to late September) promises conviviality, with accessible toilets nearby. A 5-seater Spa is available as an optional extra (€150 per stay), as is a bread oven for memorable pizza evenings.
