This small, totally independent gîte (56 m²) is located close to the owners and is all on one level. Kitchen/living room, one bedroom (1 bed 160), one bedroom (1 bed 2 persons 2 x 0.80 joinable), one bathroom with italian shower and toilet. A lovely sheltered terrace and garden with summer furniture are available. Electric heating is billed according to actual consumption, but is not included in the rental price. LM Gite au top
Gite avec un très bon rapport qualité prix,très bon accueil des propriétaires qui ont été très serviables et discrets pendant le séjour, bon confort général, bons équipements,propreté du gite ok,nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme dans cette propriété au cœur de la nature ,gite idéalement placé à 1/2heure du futuroscope et 1h de beauval ,beaucoup de villages pittoresques aux alentours,la roche posay à 10 min ,châtellerault et ses zones commerciales à 15 min
