induction cooktop (4 burners), oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle.

A comfortable bedroom with a 160 cm bed.
A 140 x 90 sofa bed in the living room.

A locked storage room is available for bicycles, strollers, or roof racks.

as well as two local supermarkets open on Sunday mornings.
In addition, there are many walking and cycling routes accessible from the holiday cottage:
A greenway bike path through the woods and fields, about 100 meters on foot from the holiday cottage.
The Envigne River, rich in biodiversity, with its lush, shaded trail. About 300 meters on foot from the holiday cottage, and finally, the magnificent rose garden behind the
12th-century church.

The holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring the Poitou region:
the wine route, the Nautical Bases in Saint-Cyr and Ayron, Lake Châtellerault, the spa town of La Roche-Posay,
or even an unforgettable day at Futuroscope.
