Renovated house in an old farmhouse close to the owners. First floor: living/dining room, kitchen, wc. Upstairs: four bedrooms (3 beds 140 and 2 beds 90), two shower rooms and a toilet. Electric wood and pellet heating. Terrace, enclosed garden shared with gîte 635, garden furniture, table tennis, boules pitch and playground (volleyball, archery, tennis, foam ball). Sauna, solarium, bicycles. Shared secure swimming pool, heated in May and September (bathing not supervised). Horses (12 boxes), fenced meadow, dressage arena and fishing pond. Close to the Châteaux de la Loire, vineyards and animal parks. Futuroscope 41 km away.

This was a fantastic gîte with a lovely pool, in a beautiful location.
The hosts were friendly and extremely helpful when we had a medical issue.
The only issue we had was with mosquitoes. If there had been window screens or hooks to hang nets, that would have been perfect.- Cleanliness

Peysson Familly Magnifique long week end à la Faverie
Nous avons passé un magnifique long weekend en famille à la Faverie (4 jours). Le gîte est très agréable, spacieux bien équipé. Nous avons profité de la piscine, des transats, du salon cosy de la cour, des activités (molkky, tir à l'arc,...).

K Purkiss A brilliant Gite and wonderful place to stay
This was the most brilliant Gite we have stayed in. Philippe and Francoise were wonderful hosts. They shared with us the best places to go, were warm and friendly but not intrusive. The house had everything we needed and was beautifully equipped. The outside grounds were amazing - stunning warm pool, boules court, football area, table tennis, lots of outside seating all in a beautiful rural setting. Fantastic local boulangeries and shops all in easy reach. Beautiful area - close to many amazing sites. We cannot wait to return! Thank you!

Pleasant family, always discovering our Poitou. Adorable and respectful children who exercised their talents on many activities. The next stay everyone will speak French. We recommend this family.

Agréable famille qui a particpée aux soirées festives de la Vienne. Les animaux de la forêt sont venus saluer nos hôtes jusque sous leurs fenêtres. D'agréables souvenirs que nous aurons plaisirs à renouveler.
