Located in a beautiful architectural ensemble comprising an old chapel and a mill on the Salleron river. The PMR-labeled Studio is located right next to the Holiday cottage Saint-Maixent le Petit, with which it can be rented to increase capacity to 12, ideal for families. (In this case, see "Le Tout à la Fois" rental. Accessible from the PRM parking lot, it features a 160cm bed with bedside tables. Its fully-equipped kitchenette features a microwave/oven and induction hob for cooking. A large bathroom with PRM shower, PRM washbasin and WC provides the necessary comfort. It has a private terrace with garden furniture. A large courtyard and garden are available to share with the adjoining Holiday cottage. Piscine (non PMR) at the rear of the main house. Please note that, depending on wind conditions, there may be occasional noise pollution from stone cutting in the Haims quarry. Heating is provided by a central pellet-fired boiler.
