Together, these two adjoining Holiday cottages sleep 15 people and total 270 m², connected by a connecting door, offering a vast, convivial space ideal for holidays with family or friends. There are two cosy living rooms, two fully-equipped kitchens, and six bedrooms: four with double beds (140x190) and two with single beds and Bunk beds. The complex also includes two shower rooms, two bathrooms and four WCs for optimum comfort. The Holiday cottages are equipped with Geothermal heating and bed linen provided. The complex has its own large private garden with 2 terraces, garden furniture and parking on the property. A shared gaming room (ping-pong, pétanque balls) and a large shared field complete the facilities. Situated 6 km from Lusignan, the large Holiday cottage enjoys a privileged location halfway between Futuroscope and the Marais Poitevin, in a peaceful, green setting ideal for a rejuvenating stay.
