Le Moulin Brûlé

Le Moulin Brûlé is a 120 m² Holiday cottage on 2 levels, completely renovated. On the first floor, a beautiful living room overlooking the river includes the kitchen, dining area, lounge and toilet. Upstairs, the corridor leads to three bedrooms: two (1 bed 160) and one (1 bed 140), as well as two shower rooms and a toilet. Heating at actual consumption is extra (May and September if necessary) from October to April. The house is decorated in a contemporary style and is very bright. A grassy plot with garden furniture and deckchairs is available, along with a plancha. The old miller's house opposite the mill is unoccupied and used as a shed. Many walks and Fishing are possible on site! A rowing boat is also available. Surrounded by water, the accommodation is not suitable for young Kids... You can get to the village on foot in 400 m: just cross the footbridge. Here you'll find two restaurants, one of which has a post office, bread, tobacco and grocery stores. The Abbey of Saint-Savin, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is 9 km away, with pretty villages nearby: Angle sur l'Anglin, Chauvigny. Poitiers - Le Futuroscope - 1 hour away. Béthines is 12 km from Le Blanc, in the Indre region, where you can visit numerous Châteaux (e.g. Château du Boucher and many others) and discover La Brenne, 15 km away.
