At the crossroads of three richly varied regions: Vienne (La Roche-Posay 15 min away, Futuroscope 40 min), Indre with the Brenne Regional Nature Park, and Touraine, where the Loire castles can be reached in around 1h10.

The house is on three levels. It comprises a cosy living room, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle...), a toilet on the first floor, and on the 1st floor: two tastefully decorated bedrooms: 1 with a 160×200 cm bed and 1 with a 140×200 cm bed, and a shower room with toilet communicating with the two bedrooms. The 2nd floor features a charming attic bedroom with private bathroom, enhanced by a workshop glass roof.

At the front of the house, a small sunny courtyard invites you to relax and enjoy a coffee or a moment of rest. The immediate surroundings offer numerous opportunities for walks and Hiking, with forests, fields, footpaths and the river just a few dozen meters away. A beach on the banks of the Creuse is less than 2 km away. Nearby, discover the Château de La Guerche, the listed village of Angles-sur-l'Anglin, one of France's most beautiful villages, and the Brenne lakes. La Roche-Posay, renowned for its Thermal baths and Golf, completes this rich and varied tourist offer.
