Once part of the Château de Purnon, the Scévolles gite was the gamekeeper's house. Now completely renovated, it is laid out on two levels. On the first floor: a living room with kitchen/living area and sitting area facing the fireplace, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom (1 bed 180 or 2 beds 90), a bedroom (2 beds 90), a bathroom and separate wc. Situated in the heart of the Scévolles forest (a reference to a 16th-century French poet and friend of Ronsard: Scévolles de Sainte-Marthe), the gite benefits from large grounds and a terrace with summer furniture. Close to Loudun (23 km), "Ville d'Art et d'Histoire" with its Théophraste Renaudot museum, and Moncontour (21 km) with its water-ski lift base. Small pets accepted (see owner).

    Séjour vacances de printemps réussit!

    Gîte très agréable, à la lisière d'une forêt pour une déconnexion totale. Beaucoup d'activités autour pour decouvrir la région. Gîte très confortable avec tout le nécessaire,literie impeccable. Nous reviendrons certainement.

    Super séjour

    Très bon séjour ressourçant, seul au monde dans cette magnifique ferme, proche du Futuroscope et beaucoup d'autres activités.
    Super accueil !!!
    Deux petits bémol : pas de connexion Internet , et manque un canapé si vous êtes plus de 4 .
    Sinon tout était parfait un grand merci à vous .

    Très bel endroit pour se ressourcer

    Très bel endroit pour randonner en forêt. Beaucoup de sangliers et chevreuils. Quelques cerfs et biches. Le soir on entend le brame du gîte. Gîte très confortable, bien restauré. Terrasse couverte très agréable.
