Located on the Domaine des Tilleuls, the Holiday cottage de l'Érable is set between the Gîte du Buis and the Gîte du Prunus, close to 2 other contemporary Holiday cottages and 3 stone cottages. It comprises a main room with a sleeping area (1 bed 160) and a kitchen/dining area opening onto a private terrace with garden furniture overlooking the swimming pool and grounds. The entrance hall leads to the shower room, separate toilet and sleeping area (2 single beds, including 1 bunk bed, recommended for two Kids). The Piscine, relaxation area with Spa and outdoor facilities (soccer pitch, badminton court, trampoline, pétanque, etc.) are accessible and can be shared between residents in a large wooded park. The estate is within easy reach of Futuroscope and many other attractions.
