Le Gîte de Battreau

The Battreau Holiday cottage is a 100 m2 detached stone barn on two levels in a charming village with a river running through it.
On the ground floor, there's a large 45 m2 living room with kitchenette, toilet and boiler room; upstairs, 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 bed 160x190, bedroom 2: 1 bed 140x190, 1 bed 120x190), shower room, separate toilet. A large 4000 m2 enclosed garden with trees, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, swing and covered shelter are at your disposal. The Holiday cottage is equipped with WIFI internet access. Bed linen can be rented.
The Battreau Holiday cottage is ideally located 30 kms from Futuroscope and Aquascope, and 30 kms from Poitiers "City of art and history". It's also close to the Châteaux de la Loire and the Marais Poitevin. There's a fishing pond on site, and plenty of walks in the surrounding Countryside.
