This eco-friendly Holiday cottage is located near Poitiers city center and Futuroscope. The one-sided Semi-detached house can accommodate 6 people for 3 stars and up to 9 with the sofa bed and 90cm bed. This accommodation offers a vintage atmosphere inspired by the French 1950s, combining retro charm with modern comfort. It comprises a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms upstairs with double beds (140 x 190 cm) and 1 single bed (90 cm), a shower room with WC, a 2nd WC on the ground floor, a gaming room and reading/relaxation room in the basement, as well as a laundry room and a private garage. A 200m2 garden surrounds the house on 3 sides. The following items are included per bed: fitted sheet with undersheet + comforter with cover + 1 pillow per person with pillowcase. An additional flat sheet (under the comforter) can be added for 10 euros per bed. A toilet kit is also available (1 large towel + 1 small towel + 1 glove + champoing and soap) at 12 euros per person). A cleaning package (inside + outside) is available for €100. These options must be paid for on arrival at the time of the inventory of fixtures. When you leave, you leave the sheets and comforters in place, without undoing anything. Open the windows (if it's not raining) and close the doors. The Holiday cottage is conveniently located, with a bus line just 170 meters away, providing easy access to the City and to the Futuroscope (check days and times in advance). It's also close to a host of tourist attractions, including Poitiers' historic center and the Parc de Blossac (20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus), the Futuroscope (14 minutes by car), the Vallée des Singes (30 minutes by car), the Norée caves and the banks of the River Clain, which flows through Poitiers, offering a wide choice of cultural, leisure and natural activities.
