Located in the village of Lavoux, 15 minutes from Futuroscope, l'Abri Simonne is an attractive old Poitevin house on two levels, set in 4500 m² of wooded grounds with a picnic table. Certified CLEF VERTE and ACCUEIL VELO in 2025, l'Abri Simonne is an eco-responsible Holiday cottage. The first floor comprises a living room (fireplace with wood-burning stove provided free of charge), a kitchen, a bedroom (1 bed 140) with en-suite bathroom, a shower room and WC. Upstairs: a bedroom (2 beds 90 or 1 bed 180), then a second bedroom in a row (2 beds 90 or one bed 180). The living room opens onto a large 40 m2 covered terrace with summer furniture. All linen (sheets, towels), cleaning and heating are included. A supplement is only charged if you bring your dog or cat. Poitiers "City of Art and History" is 18 km away. Telework made easy with FIBRE wifi since 2025.
