La Terrasse de la Raudière

In the heart of a region steeped in history, in the Boivre valley, we welcome you to our 17th and 19th century property, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. On the outskirts of Poitiers, the Gîte de la Terrasse is housed in the château on two levels, with antique furnishings.
On the ground floor, a large entrance on one side opens onto a 30 m² living room, and on the other side onto a beautiful stone terrace that lets you enjoy the sunshine and access to the park and river, where you may be lucky enough to see hares and roe deer! Next door, the spacious and comfortable kitchen-SAM, and separate WC.
On the 1st floor, a library hallway, with a children's play area, leads to a twin bedroom, a spacious bedroom with a large canopy bed (180 cm) and a large bathroom (bath, shower, double washbasin, WC).
With numerous trails and GR paths, long walks in the forest will let you appreciate the charms of this region rich in historical heritage.
